Amazon Cut FBA Fees, Not Your Off-Amazon Orders. Run Any Mix You Like, Prime Included.

For 2026 Amazon cut FBA fulfilment fees in Europe by around €0.32 a unit on parcels, but left off-Amazon orders (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) out of the discount and added a 1.5% shipping surcharge from May. Yet multichannel sellers make roughly 17.5x the GMV of single-channel ones. Move your Shopify, TikTok Shop and marketplace orders to an independent EU 3PL on flat euro carrier rates.
