Data we collect
- Form data: name, email address, company name, website, monthly order volume range, product category, message text, and language preference.
- Technical and attribution data: hashed IP address, user agent, landing page URL, Google click ID (gclid), UTM parameters, and referrer.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to sales and contact enquiries: pre-contractual steps under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
- (With your explicit consent given at form submission) Advertising attribution via Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for Leads: we may send a SHA-256 hashed email address and gclid (or gbraid / wbraid) to Google Ireland Ltd via Google Sheets-based Conversion Imports for server-side match-back of ad clicks to leads. We do not share plain-text identifiers for this purpose. Lawful basis: consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting our response to your inquiry; contact sales@ff4.it to withdraw.
- (With your explicit consent given at form submission) Sending occasional newsletters and product updates: we may add your email address to our marketing list to send periodic updates, case studies, and offers. You may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by emailing sales@ff4.it. Lawful basis: consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
- Spam prevention and service security using IP hash and user agent: legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Recipients
- Google Ireland Ltd for Enhanced Conversions attribution.
- TurboSMTP / Studio Storti Srl for email delivery transit.
- Nodion and its infrastructure providers for server hosting.
- F4IT internal CRM if and when lead records are synchronised to a CRM.
Retention
Unconverted lead records are retained for up to 24 months for sales follow-up and compliance, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required for legal claims, accounting, or an active business relationship.
International transfers
Where providers transfer data outside the EEA, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing sales@ff4.it or writing to Via M.V.Pollione 28, 21012 Cassano Magnago (VA), Italy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your local supervisory authority.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Advertising-attribution matching is statistical, not decisional: it does not determine whether we contact you or offer you services.
